Provides reassurance that the reagents
have been added in the correct order and that the sample extract
has been properly neutralised.

The Minus Sign A functional control
showing that the sample extract has run through the test
correctly.

The Positive Control Demonstrates the
functionality of the antibodies that detect Group A Streptoccocal
antigen. It will always be produced in a valid test whether or not
Strep A antigen is present in the sample extract. |

non-specific binding entity in the specimen
